Ezymigrate is very secure. All our client data is held at an enterprise-level Microsoft data centre that runs backups every 10 minutes. This means that Microsoft is responsible for 80% of Ezymigrate’s security.

As a New Zealand-based company, Ezymigrate complies with all NZ online privacy laws. In addition, we use SSL encryption technology to protect user data while it is in transit between a user’s device and the Microsoft data centre.

Ezymigrate’s flexible accounting system lets you send a single invoice to a client and then gradually send receipts as you complete various stages of your service. You can also bill clients using any other procedure you need.

Ezymigrate helps immigration advisors fully manage client accounts by maintaining a complete record of incoming and outgoing documents, communications and much more. It also keeps records of each payment source – for example, where it is deposited or where it was sent from. It displays a complete accounts flow so you can see incoming and outgoing transactions on a per-client basis at a glance. Ezymigrate is also integrated with Xero, which means that you can create invoices in Ezymigrate and push them directly to Xero.

Within seconds, the client’s file in Ezymigrate is updated, ensuring that you have a complete record of all the information your clients submit to you.
